Jamie Tan (25) is a Malaysian-born, Los Angeles-based Designer and Experiential Artist. When she's not creating visuals for live event projections and broadcast commercials, she uses baking as a meditative sculptural practice. She is an untrained baker who enjoys happy accidents and experimenting with culinary clashes in taste and texture. The cakes seen here are part of her recent collaboration with famed Argentinian sculptor, Adrián Villar Rojas, for his ongoing exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Los Angeles, entitled 'Theater of Disappearance'.
