Tiffany Wang is a Taiwanese photographer and creative, born and raised in Honduras. She is currently living and working in New York after having recently received her BFA at Parsons The New School last May 2017. Her most current series, "Poesía," is a tangent from “Frames of My Father,” which explores the relationship between herself and her Father. “Poesía” has been inspired by Chinese paintings and her Father’s interest in calligraphy as Tiffany familiarizes herself with the traditional techniques that are being applied to these paintings including the use of ink and water, rice paper and large scrolls. As some of these traditional methods are being applied to this project, she is also discovering new ways in which Chinese paintings can be altered and still look like Chinese paintings.
