Sometimes I just want to enjoy the act of taking photos and experience the magic from photography. This Mini Diana I got from eBay always bring me surprises. It is a simple plastic box with almost nothing to control your focus and exposure. But it opens up my mind to let me experience the pure act of taking photos. Not to focus on the gear, or what is the right technique, but to let me focus and feel the photos. Sometime I was excited to see unexpected mistakes happen on the photos that create interesting visual narrative. Whenever I want to have a break from the perfection world, I would take my toy camera to revisit the world around me.
