My Fujifilm X-T1 was my first "me" camera — as in, "this is for me, for things I want to shoot." My work requires me to shoot events and portraits, but I found that street photography was my outlet to get away and explore my preferences. I enjoy the analog dials paired with the digital ease of the X-T1. It stays out of my way when I need it, but it also feels like an artist's tool when I want it. It has its own personality, and though I've moved on to an X-T2, the X-T1 is the camera that got me excited to shoot.
