The main approach for my work is storytelling through a personal lens. I truly believe that self-reflected artwork could give a better sense of relatedness when viewers lay their eyes on it, which is why most of my work translates to my life experience, the good and the bad, and observations from the world we are in. Understanding each person’s experience might differ, we all share common feelings at the end of the day. Each piece serves as a diary so that when I look back at them, I know exactly what I was going through during the creation process. For others, it’d be a unique experience for them going through my work as they might see elements that relate to themselves. While not everything is literal in my piece, I enjoy being not so up-front with my storytelling so each individual could interpret my work.
