The multimedia artist Siv Storøy has created a graphic-led, illustrative showcase consisting of female characters, mixing photography, acrylics and ink. These characters can almost give the beholder a otherwordly and obscure illusion of digital reality, as the images play with opacity and multiple layers. The artist wants to create a feeling of independence, individuality and boldness in these women, as the illustrations radiates a dark and dramatic frame around the portraits.
