I'm fascinated by the transparency of textiles. They are like a passing moment. After a moment only the memory remains. Everything passes away, life is in constant motion. I use layers of delicate fabrics - silk, nylon, chiffon – enclosed between two glass sheets to create unique pieces of art.
The greatest inspiration for my art is man. Both his interior - the spirit and the physical body. In my nudes, I try to include the beauty of the female or male body, or the relationship of the bodies to each other. The nudity captures the moment when beauty, peace and harmony affect both the body on the act and the viewer himself.
