I've had a handful of 35mm cameras and like with any technology or toy, I get over them with time and need something new. I didn't have a point and shoot for a while and I didn't want to pay market price for the usual suspects that people gravitate towards, so I started to look with the desire to go the budget route. My last "budget" 35mm was the Stylus Epic and about 3 or 4 years ago, someone I loaned it to lost it - or so they say.
This time I looked into the Konica Big Mini. I have some Konica lenses and had the Hexar AF, and after some research, I knew the Big Mini would be my next brand pickup. I got it over a year ago and I immediately became a fan after the first roll. The lens is great and the camera is lightweight and compact, so it's easy to always have on me.
