Being half Costa Rican and half russian is quite interesting. Is two whole different worlds and realities. I grew up in a tropical country but every now and then I visit my family in cold wintry Russia, in a town called Saransk. So being there has always been mind, eye, sense and soul stimulating; which encourages to capture those sublime and so personal instants or details that carry the natural and pure everydayness of what conforms part of my identity.
