Beacon is a collaborative design project meant to reflect on recent environmental disasters, create art amidst tragedy, and raise money for the communities affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Maria, the humanitarian crisis in Puerto Rico, the earthquake in Mexico City and the wildfires throughout Northern California.
The site features amazing posters from designers, illustrators and artists from all over the world. Artists like Mark Weaver, Kelsey Wroten, Richard Perez, Ricky Linn, Frederique Matti, Ty Wilkins and many more have generously created original artwork for the cause.
All proceeds from this project go to a nonprofit organization called Direct Relief, which specializes in emergency response and recovery, and is focused on delivering of short-term medical aid and long-term healthcare solutions in affected areas.
