Peishan Huang (b.1994) is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, New York. Her recent work ranges from photography to sculpture to installation, exploring images and the spaces they inhabit, as well as the emotions pinned to objects and spaces. Peishan's aesthetic language embraces the function and qualities of the readymade as a material, as well as the color, texture, and tactility of multiple materials. Through these materials, she imparts an independent narrative and poetic emotion to her work.
