Analog Virtuality

Belonging to the first generation that made their earliest steps on digital and analog playgrounds at the same time, I feel the need not only to accept virtuality but also to locate and to capture it. With my work I fathom the gap between the tactile, analog painting and the disembodied techno-images behind the smooth glass of our computer screens. I'm interested in both the imperfection and the presence of hand crafted paintings and objects, as well as the clear, velvety coolness of digital re/productions.
To bring together diametrically opposite antipodes and unite them in a “dissonant harmony” repeatedly is the core of my incentive
