Paintings by Canadian artist Stephen Appleby-Barr whose portraits are part of the Nicholas Metivier Gallery’s latest exhibition, About Face (which opened last night and runs to the end of the month). The show also includes the work of the incredible Charles Bierk who we featured last week and was kind enough to draw Appleby-Barr’s fantastic/fantastical paintings to our attention.
