Vancouverites, this one is for you. So It Is: Vancouver aspires to be a different kind of coffee table book. For Adam Schelle and Kev Holloway, the photography duo behind the project, this city isn’t perfect. Or, at least, that’s not what they want this particular book to be about.
Springing from a desire to represent the small fraction of people who make Vancouver so amazing, but in a way that isn’t about the flawless beauty Vancouver is known for, everyone featured in the book will be photographed only after being soaked with a watering can filled with water.
